HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING ?

Please contact the salon on 95851554 for the quickest and same day bookings. Alternately you can send us an email enquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible

DO I NEED A CONSULTATION ?

Consultations are not compulsory, however if you wanted a better understanding of your desired result or an exact price, please book a free consultation with us.

HOW MUCH IS A BALAYAGE?

Our balayage pricing does vary depending on exact length and thickness and what technique is required to get your desired result. A full lightening service including lightening, toning, style cut, bondpro+ and styling can range anywhere from $350-$550 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE TO MY APPOITMENT ?

We know people run late as we do sometimes aswell. If you are lost or running late, please call the salon and give us as much notice as you can. we will try our best to accommodate you and honour your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time we have to do your service. For example if you are booked in for a full head of foils we may only have time to do a half head foils.

Yes we do! We are happy to price match with other Australian websites. Only in some instances are we unable to

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

We make no guarantees that we are able to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please call or email us straight away and we will cancel it as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns on products that you have purchased from us, as long as it is within 30 days and the item has not been used. All return shipping cost is at your expense.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM THE SALON

Don’t want to wait for your items to be delivered? Why not pick up from our Hurstville salon. Please click “collect from salon” and we will have your items ready the same day.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are shipped on the same day as long as they are made before 12pm, Monday – Friday.

Regular postage can arrive between 1-5 working days and Express post can arrive next business day.

If you are finding your order has had ample time and hasn’t arrived, please contact us as we can track all orders within Australia.
